Shipping Policy
Damages:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier to locate the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Customs and Taxes:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Glass Containers:
All products in glass containers delivered through Canada Post are not insured and are sent at the risk of the recipient. By purchasing these items, you agree to assume all risks associated with their shipment.
NOTE: Courier services like Fedex and UPS are no longer guarantee delivery times, and will not issue compensations due to late deliveries. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time between placing your order and your deadline / event date.
