Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our fragrance products, all sales are final, including limited-edition and sale items. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

At the sole discretion of Sarah Horowitz Parfums, an exchange may be offered in certain circumstances. Any exchange approval shall be determined on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.

We recommend ordering samples prior to purchasing a full-size fragrance if you are unsure of your selection.

Fragrance products may vary slightly in color due to natural ingredients, raw material variations, and normal aging. These variations do not affect product performance and are not considered defects.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and retain all packaging materials and photographs of the damaged item(s). We may require this information to assist with a carrier claim.

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your shipment was damaged in transit, you may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, and the carrier before contacting us.


Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local government or carrier. Sarah Horowitz Parfums is not responsible for these fees.


Glass Containers

Products shipped in glass containers may be subject to breakage during transit. Where carrier insurance is unavailable or limited, such shipments are sent at the customer’s risk.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delivery times may vary and are outside of our control.

Courier services, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers, do not guarantee delivery dates and may not provide compensation for delayed deliveries. Please allow sufficient time between placing your order and any event, travel date, gift-giving occasion, or other deadline.
